Alan leads Clevry’s research and science function. He is a chartered member and associate fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), an HCPC-registered psychologist, and holds fellowship positions with UK academic and research institutions. He is also the Principal BPS Occupational Testing Verifier and a member of the BPS Committee for Test Standards.
Laura Harrison
Head of Business Psychology
Laura leads Clevry’s Business Psychology function, specialising in the design and implementation of psychometric assessments and evidence-based hiring processes. She is an HCPC-registered Occupational Psychologist and works closely with organisations to build fair, structured, and effective approaches to talent assessment, with a strong focus on practical application and candidate experience.
