Clients can initiate a search using the existing details of a recruitment project (such as job title, required skills, and competencies) or start a new search from scratch. Either way, you can refine your criteria as needed, focusing on specific soft and hard skills to find the perfect candidates.

2. Browse candidates:

Once the search criteria are set, you’ll receive a list of pre-vetted candidates who match your needs. View their matching score, skills alignment, and other relevant information. Candidates remain anonymous until mutual interest is expressed.
