What is the referral fee?

Help a friend find a new job through us, and earn 300€ yourself. The referral fee is paid to a Clevry consultant whose recommended candidate is employed in a position in our client company. Read the terms and conditions below.

What do I do when I want to tip about an open job?

See our open vacancies and choose the position you want to recommend a person to. Then fill in your own and the contact information of the recommended person in the form below.

Terms and conditions:

• The referral fee is only paid to a consultant employed by Clevry at the time of referral.
• The referral fee is paid if the recommended person is employed in the job position recommended to our client. It is not paid if the recommended person is employed in another job position or at a different customer company.
• The referral fee is not paid if the recommended person has already applied for the position before the referral.
• The referral fee is not paid if the recommended person is already employed by Clevry.
• The referral fee is paid when the person is selected for the recommended position, and the employment contract is signed.
• The referral fee is taxable income.
• The time of payment of the referral fee is determined based on the signature of the employment contract. (If the employment contract is signed between the 1st and 15th of the month, the fee will be paid on the last day of the month. If the contract is signed between the 16th and the last day of the month, the fee will be paid on the 15th of the following month.)
