What is the referral fee?

Help a friend find a new job through us, and earn 300€ yourself. The referral fee is paid to a Clevry employee whose recommended candidate is employed in a position in our client company. Read the terms and conditions below.

See our open vacancies and choose the position you want to recommend a person to. Then fill in your own and the contact information of the recommended person in the form below. 

When is the recommendation bonus paid?

• The recommendation bonus is valid for all internal employees (excluding the management group).
• The referee must know the recommended person; they have ensured beforehand the candidate’s interest in the recommended position.
• A recommendation bonus is paid for an internal employee working for Clevry at the moment of payment.
• A recommendation bonus will be paid when the recommended person has been chosen for the job, and the employment contract is signed.
• The referral fee is paid when the person is selected for the recommended position, and the employment contract is signed.
• The referee is eligible for the recommendation bonus only for the position they have recommended. If a recruiter recruits the candidate to another position, the referee does not get the recommendation bonus.
• The recommendation bonus is paid based on the regular internal salary payment schedule after the recommended person has signed the contract.

When the recommendation bonus is not paid?

• The recommendation bonus is not paid if the recommended person has already applied for the position by themselves.
• The recommendation bonus is not paid if the person already works for Clevry.
• A recommendation bonus is not paid for an RM/ADR if the RM/ADR is responsible for presenting the candidate to the client (and can influence the decision).
• The referee does not get the recommendation bonus if the recruiter recruits the candidate to another position.
