Implementing technology (such as soft skills assessments) and having a good onboarding process will go a long way to helping recruiters stay at the top of their game in the coming year.
If you’re hiring new employees, personality questionnaires can play a key role is helping you to properly assess if a candidate is a good fit to your company. Then, once a candidate has been hired, the same personality profile can be brought together into an onboarding report.
When used properly, psychometrics will give your business tailored information about each new employee, based on their personality at work. This allows you to provide adaptable inductions that fit their specific needs.
