Och den r\u00e4cker inte f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla prestation i dagens konkurrensutsatta och h\u00f6gtryckta f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsmilj\u00f6er. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapporten visar att <em>Social<\/em> har fallit fr\u00e5n plats 3 till plats 9 bland de mest bed\u00f6mda egenskaperna i s\u00e4ljroller. Samtidigt har <em>Resultat<\/em> (striving) kl\u00e4ttrat till f\u00f6rstaplatsen och <em>\u00c5terh\u00e4mtar sig l\u00e4tt<\/em> (Resilient) hoppat fr\u00e5n plats 11 till plats 2. Dessa f\u00f6rflyttningar \u00e4r inte slumpm\u00e4ssiga.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rekryteringsteam b\u00f6rjar inse att topps\u00e4ljare delar n\u00e5got mer h\u00e5llbart \u00e4n karisma \u2013 de har grit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Vad resultat s\u00e4ger<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Resultat<\/em> \u00e4r den synliga beteendem\u00e4ssiga formen av motivation.
