Det \u00e4r en v\u00e4ldigt fin utm\u00e4rkelse, s\u00e4rskilt i en s\u00e5 konkurrensutsatt bransch som rekrytering. Det finns s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga rekryteringsf\u00f6retag bara i Stockholm, s\u00e5 det visar att mitt arbetss\u00e4tt fungerar och uppskattas vilket \u00e4r roligt att bli uppm\u00e4rksammad f\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad tror du skiljer dig fr\u00e5n andra rekryterare och hj\u00e4lpte dig att vinna detta pris?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Jag tror att en av mina styrkor \u00e4r att jag \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt personlig med mina samarbetspartners. Jag fokuserar verkligen p\u00e5 att bygga personliga relationer med kunder, kandidater och kollegor. Den personliga kontakten bygger f\u00f6rtroende, vilket jag tror \u00e4r nyckeln. Det handlar om att verkligen f\u00f6rst\u00e5 kundens behov och m\u00e4nniskorna bakom deras CV, att skapa starka relationer som varar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kan du dela med dig av en h\u00f6jdpunkt i karri\u00e4ren som bidrog till denna vinst?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Jag skulle s\u00e4ga att allt jag gjort har lett fram till detta \u00f6gonblick. Min resa p\u00e5 Clevry b\u00f6rjade som rekryteringsassistent n\u00e4r jag var student. Under \u00e5ren har jag avancerat genom fyra olika roller, och idag \u00e4r jag teamchef. Varje steg har l\u00e4rt mig n\u00e5got nytt, och det har varit en otrolig l\u00e4randeprocess. Jag \u00e4r social och gillar att prata med m\u00e5nga olika typer av m\u00e4nniskor och skapa kontakter. Ibland vet inte ens kandidaterna att det \u00e4r deras dr\u00f6mjobb f\u00f6rr\u00e4n de b\u00f6rjar, och det \u00e4r otroligt givande att hj\u00e4lpa dem inse det. Att arbeta med olika roller och branscher \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 inspirerande d\u00e4r varje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/om-oss\/rekryterings-process\/\">rekryteringsprocess<\/a> l\u00e4r mig n\u00e5got nytt. Rekrytering \u00e4r lite som att l\u00e4gga pussel, och jag njuter av att kunna hj\u00e4lpa m\u00e4nniskor att hitta sitt n\u00e4sta steg i arbetslivet och s\u00e4tta samman alla bitarna till ett vinnande team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker \u00e4ven f\u00f6lja karri\u00e4rerna f\u00f6r de kandidater jag tills\u00e4tter, och det \u00e4r alltid lika trevligt att se dem trivas i rollen, f\u00e5 mer ansvar och bli befordrade inom f\u00f6retaget. Det visar verkligen att jag lyckades g\u00f6ra den perfekta matchningen mellan f\u00f6retaget och kandidaten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hur har din syn p\u00e5 rekrytering utvecklats genom \u00e5ren?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Att anpassa sig till en f\u00f6r\u00e4nderlig milj\u00f6 \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande inom rekrytering. Det \u00e4r en snabbfotad bransch, och saker kan f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras p\u00e5 ett \u00f6gonblick, s\u00e5 man m\u00e5ste h\u00e5lla sig uppdaterad om de senaste trenderna och i utvecklingen. AI har f\u00f6rst\u00e5s satt sin pr\u00e4gel p\u00e5 rekryteringsbranschen med m\u00e5nga tillg\u00e4ngliga verktyg. Men den personliga kontakten kommer alltid att skilja oss fr\u00e5n tekniken. Rekrytering handlar om att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskors nyanser, och \u00e4ven om AI kan hj\u00e4lpa oss att bli mer effektiva, kommer m\u00e4nskliga insikter alltid vara oers\u00e4ttliga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clevry \u00e4r k\u00e4nt f\u00f6r sitt fokus p\u00e5 soft skills. Hur integrerar du soft skills i din rekryteringsprocess?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Vi anv\u00e4nder v\u00e5ra validerade <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/plattform\/assessments\/personlighetstester\/\">personlighetstester<\/a> och <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/plattform\/assessments\/fardighetstest\/\">f\u00e4rdighetstester<\/a> i alla rekryteringar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 insikter om kandidaters soft skills, motivationsdrivkrafter och kritiska kompetenser f\u00f6r rollen. Hard skills \u00e4r naturligtvis viktiga, men <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/vad-ar-soft-skills\/\">soft skills<\/a> \u00e4r \u00e4nnu viktigare f\u00f6r framg\u00e5ng. Dem mjuka kompetenserna avg\u00f6r verkligen hur du arbetar med dina kollegor, tar dig an olika arbetsuppgifter och hur du l\u00f6ser problem i ditt arbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Till exempel hade jag en kandidat som kunden tyckte var f\u00f6r dominant i intervjun, men efter att vi g\u00e5tt igenom kandidatens bed\u00f6mning av mjuka kompetenser och diskuterat saken, var det tydligt att personen hade utm\u00e4rkta samarbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5gor. Bed\u00f6mningarna kompletterar rekryteringsprocessen och hj\u00e4lper till att uppt\u00e4cka och hantera s\u00e5dana varningssignaler. Kunden litade p\u00e5 data och kandidaten visade sig vara en perfekt match.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vad \u00e4r det mest utmanande med att rekrytera p\u00e5 dagens marknad?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Just nu \u00e4r utmaningen att hitta jobb \u00e5t alla kvalificerade kandidater, utbudet och efterfr\u00e5gan skiljer sig markant p\u00e5 dagens arbetsmarknad. Det \u00e4r frustrerande n\u00e4r man m\u00f6ter fantastiska talanger men inte har den perfekta rollen f\u00f6r dem direkt. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r n\u00e4tverkande \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktigt, att h\u00e5lla kontakten med kandidater s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att vi kan n\u00e5 ut n\u00e4r r\u00e4tt m\u00f6jlighet dyker upp. F\u00f6r inte s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge sedan var det tv\u00e4rtom n\u00e4r vi alltid beh\u00f6vde g\u00f6ra mycket sourcing f\u00f6r att hitta r\u00e4tt kandidater. Marknaden f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras, och man m\u00e5ste anpassa sig till det.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vilket r\u00e5d skulle du ge till blivande rekryterare?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Var dig sj\u00e4lv! Var inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att ta med din personlighet till arbetet. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/tjanster\/rekrytering\/\">Rekrytering<\/a> \u00e4r ett m\u00e4nniskoorienterat arbete d\u00e4r kandidater och kunder uppskattar \u00e4kthet. Kandidater letar efter mer \u00e4n bara ett jobb, de s\u00f6ker en bra kulturmatchning. De v\u00e4ljer ibland arbetsplats snarare \u00e4n en specifik position. N\u00e4r jag pratar med kandidater diskuterar m\u00e5nga vad som motiverar dem och hur deras personliga preferenser och arbetss\u00e4tt matchar jobbets och organisationens krav. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5terkommande tema blir vikten av att kunna utv\u00e4rdera och bed\u00f6ma teamet, kulturmatchningen och motivationsdrivkrafterna f\u00f6r att identifiera den perfekta matchningen.
