De allra flesta av oss har nog k\u00e4nt en liten \u00e5ngestklump \u00f6ver att semestern tar slut och vardagen rullar ig\u00e5ng. Det \u00e4r inget konstigt och beh\u00f6ver absolut inte vara ett tecken p\u00e5 att du inte trivs p\u00e5 ditt jobb. Snarare \u00e4r de helt naturligt att vi, inf\u00f6r en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring, blir oroliga och \u00e4ngsliga. F\u00f6r det mesta klingar dessa k\u00e4nslor av redan efter f\u00f6rsta veckan men f\u00f6r att ge dig lite extra kraft under den h\u00e4r tiden har vi listat 5 knep p\u00e5 hur du hittar motivationen efter semestern!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visa f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r dig sj\u00e4lv och dina k\u00e4nslor<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka trycka bort oron och k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 som om att du inte alls hade f\u00f6redragit att vara ledig en vecka till. Vilka m\u00e5l vill du uppn\u00e5 under \u00e5ret som v\u00e4ntar, stora som sm\u00e5? Skriv ner och rangordna de projekt och uppgifter som du vill ta tag i f\u00f6rst, som har h\u00f6gst prioritet. Fundera \u00f6ver vad med ditt jobb och ditt arbetss\u00e4tt som du tycker om och som fungerar bra, samt om det \u00e4r n\u00e5got du vill f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Acceptera och s\u00e4tt ig\u00e5ng <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>trots att det k\u00e4nns jobbigt. Ibland handlar det bara om att bita ihop och ta tag i det som m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ras.
