Nya generationer, ny teknik, nya krav och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar. Slutsatsen \u00e4r att vi beh\u00f6ver t\u00e4nka nytt kring hur vi rekryterar. Vi har kikat p\u00e5 3 starka rekryteringstrender nu och fram\u00e5t:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Rekrytera p\u00e5 soft skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/vad-ar-soft-skills\/\" rel=\" noopener\">Soft skills<\/a>, eller \u201dmjuka kompetenser\u201d blir allt mer v\u00e4rdefullt f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som vill forts\u00e4tta att utvecklas och beh\u00e5lla sin konkurrenskraft. I framtiden ser vi att fler tj\u00e4nster kommer att vara soft skills-baserade, vilket inneb\u00e4r att den anst\u00e4llda beh\u00f6ver har r\u00e4tt personliga egenskaper och kompetenser f\u00f6r att lyckas v\u00e4l, snarare \u00e4n utbildning eller erfarenhet. Ser vi exempelvis till tech-j\u00e4ttar s\u00e5 som Google, Netflix och Apple s\u00e5 kr\u00e4ver dessa inte l\u00e4ngre att jobbans\u00f6kan inneh\u00e5ller en universitetsexamen. Detta leder till ett st\u00f6rre urval av kandidater som p\u00e5 andra s\u00e4tt kan p\u00e5visa mer kvalificerade f\u00e4rdigheter f\u00f6r rollen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kandidatupplevelsen blir allt viktigare<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Medarbetare som k\u00e4nner sig sedda och uppskattade p\u00e5 sin arbetsplats tenderar att trivas b\u00e4ttre, och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 stanna kvar l\u00e4ngre. Detta \u00e4r till stor del en uppgift f\u00f6r arbetsgivaren eller den n\u00e4rmsta ledaren. Viktigt \u00e4r att komma ih\u00e5g detta redan fr\u00e5n start, det vill s\u00e4ga n\u00e4r en potentiell nyanst\u00e4lld s\u00f6ker en tj\u00e4nst hos er. Sannolikheten f\u00f6r att en kandidat ska tacka ja till ett anst\u00e4llningserbjudande \u00f6kar om kandidaten k\u00e4nner sig n\u00f6jd med upplevelsen av hela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/om-oss\/rekryterings-process\/\" rel=\" noopener\">rekryteringsprocessen<\/a>. Vidare \u00e4r en bra kandidatupplevelse n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig f\u00f6r den fortsatta trivseln p\u00e5 ett nytt f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte bara den kandidat som blir erbjuden en anst\u00e4llning som \u00e4r viktigt att se till. De s\u00f6kande som ni v\u00e4ljer att tacka nej till ska \u00e4ven de se tillbaka p\u00e5 kandidatupplevelsen som positiv. Sett ur ett aff\u00e4rsperspektiv vill vi ha en god relation \u00e4ven till de intressenter vi inte arbetar med. Det samma g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r kandidater vi inte vill anst\u00e4lla. Vem vet, en dag kanske en av de kandidaterna en potentiell kund &#8211; som kanske leder till en tappad aff\u00e4r om allt b\u00f6rjade med en d\u00e5lig kandidatupplevelse?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bygg en stark f\u00f6retagskultur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f6r att attrahera de allra b\u00e4sta kandidaterna till er arbetsplats \u00e4r det viktigt med en tydlig f\u00f6retagskultur. F\u00f6retagskulturen innefattas av beteenden, attityder och v\u00e4rderingar som finns p\u00e5 en arbetsplats. <a href=\"https:\/\/comparecamp.com\/recruiting-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">I USA genomf\u00f6rdes en unders\u00f6kning<\/a> med 1000 personer kring f\u00f6retagskultur d\u00e4r resultatet visade att 35% av alla kandidater skulle tacka nej till ett anst\u00e4llningserbjudande om f\u00f6retagskulturen inte k\u00e4ndes r\u00e4tt. \u00c4ven fr\u00e5n ett arbetsgivarperspektiv visade det sig att 90% av alla rekryterande chefer ans\u00e5g att det \u00e4r lika viktigt att en kandidat passar in i f\u00f6retagskulturen, som att kandidaten hade r\u00e4tt kompetens f\u00f6r jobbet.<\/p>\n<p>Som f\u00f6retag blir det d\u00e4rf\u00f6r viktigt att ha en tydligt f\u00f6retagskultur som speglar den upplevelse man vill ha av arbetsplatsen.
