Idag \u00e4r det m\u00e5nga som p\u00e5b\u00f6rjar sitt nya jobb hemifr\u00e5n, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att vi samlat v\u00e5ra b\u00e4sta tips p\u00e5 hur du lyckas med din digitala onboarding!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Vad \u00e4r en digital onboarding?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Onboardingperioden \u00e4r den f\u00f6rsta och kanske mest kritiska perioden f\u00f6r din nyanst\u00e4llda d\u00e4r du som arbetsgivare \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r att personen ska l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna sin roll, f\u00e5 en f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r sina arbetsuppgifter och bli en del av gemenskapen. En v\u00e4lstrukturerad <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/sv\/resurser\/exempelrapporter\/onboarding-rapport\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">onboarding<\/a> hj\u00e4lper din nyanst\u00e4llda att snabbt bli engagerad och produktiv och \u00f6kar chanserna f\u00f6r att hen ska vilja stanna hos er l\u00e4ngre. Under en digital onboarding \u00e4r det precis lika viktigt som alltid att inkludera all v\u00e4rdefull information som din nyanst\u00e4llda beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r att komma ig\u00e5ng med sitt arbete, praktisk information som h\u00e4lsa- och s\u00e4kerhetspolicy och inte att f\u00f6rgl\u00f6mma de sociala bitarna som digitala After works, kaffepauser p\u00e5 distans och chattforum. Se d\u00e4rf\u00f6r till att f\u00f6rbereda en strukturerad steg-f\u00f6r-steg-plan som beskriver dels din nyanst\u00e4lldas arbetsansvar och kommande m\u00e5l samt gemensamma m\u00e5l f\u00f6r verksamheten. Kontrollera att all teknisk utrustning finns &amp; fungerar<br \/><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att din nya medarbetare f\u00e5r ett s\u00e5 bra f\u00f6rsta intryck som m\u00f6jligt, \u00e4ven d\u00e5 hens f\u00f6rsta arbetsdag \u00e4r hemifr\u00e5n, kontrollera att teknisk utrustning finns och fungerar som det ska. G\u00f6r i ordning dator, mobil och e-postkonton i god till och se till att r\u00e4tt programvaror \u00e4r installerade.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tips! L\u00e4gg till ett personligt v\u00e4lkomstmeddelande fr\u00e5n n\u00e4rmsta ledare eller VD:n som din nyanst\u00e4llda m\u00f6ts av n\u00e4r hen \u00f6ppnar sin dator f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen. Missa inte att ge personen tillg\u00e5ng till intran\u00e4tet och andra interna kommunikationskanaler!<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Boka in digitala one-to-ones<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u00e4gg grunden f\u00f6r en s\u00e5 bra relation som m\u00f6jligt mellan din nyanst\u00e4llda och dennes n\u00e4rmsta ledare genom att s\u00e5 tidigt som m\u00f6jligt prioritera one-to-ones. Dessa m\u00f6ten b\u00f6r h\u00e5llas kontinuerligt under hela den anst\u00e4lldas tid hos er men s\u00e4rskilt i b\u00f6rjan \u00e4r det extra viktigt. Under ert f\u00f6rsta m\u00f6te rekommenderar vi starkt att ni b\u00e5da har kameran p\u00e5slagen f\u00f6r att skapa en st\u00f6rre k\u00e4nsla av verklig kontakt.
