D\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir det givetvis viktigt att ta vara p\u00e5, och utveckla, f\u00e4rdigheter som IT-kompetens och programmeringskunskaper. Det betyder emellertid inte att m\u00e4nskliga, mer \u201dmjuka\u201d f\u00e4rdigheter, kommer minska i v\u00e4rde fram\u00f6ver. Tv\u00e4rtom menar futuristen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/bernardmarr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Bernard Marr<\/a>, som \u00e4r en internationellt hyllad f\u00f6rfattare, f\u00f6rel\u00e4sare och coach inom aff\u00e4rsstrategi. H\u00e4r listar vi n\u00e5gra av framtidens viktigaste soft skills enligt Marr:<\/p>\n<h3>Kreativitet<\/h3>\n<p>\u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge har roboten sv\u00e5rt att konkurrera med m\u00e4nniskan n\u00e4r det kommer till att skapa, f\u00f6rest\u00e4lla sig, uppfinna och dr\u00f6mma. Parallellt med att ny, innovativ teknik blir tillg\u00e4nglig kommer framtidens arbetsplatser beh\u00f6va medarbetare som har f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att t\u00e4nka nytt &#8211; vilket g\u00f6r m\u00e4nsklig kreativitet till en viktig tillg\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Analytiskt\/kritiskt t\u00e4nkande<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Precis som kreativt t\u00e4nkande kommer \u00e4ven f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att t\u00e4nka analytiskt bli allt mer v\u00e4rdefullt. M\u00e4nniskor med ett kritiskt resonemang kan komma med innovativa id\u00e9er, l\u00f6sa komplexa problem och v\u00e4ga f\u00f6r- och nackdelar med olika l\u00f6sningar &#8211; allt med hj\u00e4lp av logik och resonemang, snarare \u00e4n att f\u00f6rlita sig p\u00e5 magk\u00e4nslan eller aningar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Emotionell intelligens<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En person med h\u00f6g Emotionell Intelligens (EQ) visar empati f\u00f6r andra och fungerar bra i m\u00e4nskliga konstellationer. \u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge kan robotar inte m\u00e4ta sig med m\u00e4nniskan n\u00e4r det kommer till att k\u00e4nna in, lyssna, f\u00f6rst\u00e5 och bem\u00f6ta andra m\u00e4nniskor. Det f\u00f6rklarar varf\u00f6r arbetsplatsen kommer vara fortsatt beroende av medarbetare med h\u00f6g EQ.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kommunikationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kommunikation kommer vara en fortsatt viktig f\u00e4rdighet i framtiden d\u00e5 vi \u00e4r, och kommer vara, beroende av att utbyta information med varandra. Medarbetare med starka kommunikativa f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor kan effektivt och framg\u00e5ngsrikt f\u00f6rmedla budskap med r\u00e4tt r\u00f6st, formuleringar och kroppsspr\u00e5k.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Viljan att l\u00e4ra sig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Personer med viljan att l\u00e4ra sig, och som har ett \u201dgrowth mindset\u201d kommer snabbare \u00e4n andra utveckla sig sj\u00e4lva, och hj\u00e4lpa organisationer att utvecklas. De \u00e4r villiga att ta sig an nya utmaningar, l\u00e4ra av sina misstag och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker aktivt bredda sin kompetens. Dessa personer kommer att bli mycket efterfr\u00e5gade p\u00e5 framtidens arbetsplats. Tack vare AI och annan ny teknik som hela tiden effektiviseras och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndras g\u00e4ller det att ha medarbetare som \u00e4r villiga att st\u00e4ndigt uppdatera sina f\u00e4rdigheter.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Bed\u00f6mning och beslutsfattande<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Med datorer som kan bearbeta information mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n den m\u00e4nskliga hj\u00e4rnan, \u00e4r det i slut\u00e4ndan \u00e4nd\u00e5 m\u00e4nniskor som \u00e4r ansvariga f\u00f6r att fatta aff\u00e4rskritiska beslut i en organisation.
