H\u00e4r kan det dock vara bra att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 de f\u00f6rdelar som utveckling kan medf\u00f6ra. I rapporten kan man l\u00e4sa att graduates ofta s\u00f6ker tj\u00e4nster d\u00e4r de f\u00e5r anv\u00e4nda sig av sin kreativitet och innovationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga. En person som vill ha utvecklingsm\u00f6jlighet \u00e4r ofta en ambiti\u00f6s och driven person, vilket i sin tur \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r ditt f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<h3>Hur kan du erbjuda personlig utveckling?<\/h3>\n<p>Det finns m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt att erbjuda personlig utveckling p\u00e5, utan att det beh\u00f6ver inneb\u00e4ra speciellt stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Ett s\u00e4tt \u00e4r att vara \u00f6ppen med att det \u00e4r okej att g\u00f6ra fel. Det l\u00e5ter kanske enkelt, och det \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5, men det kan ge stor effekt. Ett s\u00e4tt att utvecklas \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen genom sina egna misstag. Det \u00e4r ingen som tycker om att g\u00f6ra fel, och speciellt inte n\u00e4r det p\u00e5verkar fler \u00e4n en sj\u00e4lv. Att g\u00f6ra fel \u00e4r n\u00e5got som h\u00e4nder alla, och som f\u00f6rebild f\u00f6r dina medarbetare \u00e4r det bra att vara \u00f6dmjuk till detta. \u201dJag g\u00f6r fel ibland, du kommer att g\u00f6ra fel ibland, och det \u00e4r helt okej\u201d. En anledning kan vara att det finns brist p\u00e5 erk\u00e4nnande och bel\u00f6ning f\u00f6r prestation, men det kan \u00e4ven bero p\u00e5 d\u00e5lig kommunikation mellan medarbetare och chef. Det \u00e4r viktigt att se sina medarbetare och deras behov. Kommer en medarbetare med \u00f6nskem\u00e5l om att f\u00e5 mer ansvar \u2013 testa att erbjuda ansvaret f\u00f6r ett projekt, eller ge fria tyglar att komma med nya ide\u00e9r.
