Med det sagt finns det betydligt mycket mer arbetsgivare kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att bredda utbudet av kandidater och anst\u00e4llda med neurologisk m\u00e5ngfald.<\/p>\n<h3>Neurologisk m\u00e5ngfald p\u00e5 jobbet idag<\/h3>\n<p>Att anst\u00e4lla neurodivergenta m\u00e4nniskor\u00a0kom p\u00e5 tal f\u00f6rst 2013 av ERP-mjukvaruj\u00e4tten SAP och huvudkonkurrenten Microsoft f\u00f6ljde snabbt efter.<\/p>\n<p>Efter Microsoft och SAP har m\u00e5nga andra stora f\u00f6retag tagit neurologisk m\u00e5ngfald p\u00e5 stort allvar, bland annat EY, Goldman Sacs, Auto Trader, BT, Ford och JP Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4ven om det inte g\u00e5r att applicera p\u00e5 alla s\u00e5 har man generellt sett att m\u00e4nniskor i exempelvis det autistiska spektrumet ofta kan utm\u00e4rka sig p\u00e5 omr\u00e5den som att tolka data, t\u00e4nka logiskt och noggrant analysera datam\u00e4ngder.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4mnet neurologisk m\u00e5ngfald p\u00e5 jobbet har \u00f6kat i popularitet av flera sk\u00e4l, bland annat i samband med \u00f6kad m\u00e5ngfald inom personal och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad prestanda p\u00e5 jobbet.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retag som inte har med neurodivergens\u00a0som aspekt i sin rekrytering kan oavsiktligt utesluta en betydande grupp av m\u00e4nniskor fr\u00e5n att s\u00f6ka tj\u00e4nster inom sin organisation.
