Inga m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r personlig utveckling<\/h3>\n<p>Drivna medarbetare beh\u00f6ver k\u00e4nna att de st\u00e4ndigt utvecklas. Det \u00e4r arbetsgivaren eller den n\u00e4rmsta ledarens uppgift att erbjuda personlig utveckling och se till att medarbetaren k\u00e4nner sig motiverad och vill forts\u00e4tta f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttras i takt med f\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n<h3>5.
