Most conversations about partnership jump straight to contracts, commission structures, and technical integration. That’s not always the right place to start \u2014 and in many cases, it can bog things down.<\/p>

Almost any organisation that talks to the same people we do \u2014 talent acquisition leads, HR directors, people development managers \u2014 has something to gain from knowing us better, and us knowing them.
