Processen kr\u00e4vde mycket resurser, var l\u00e5ngsam, ineffektiv och odifferentierad i j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med konkurrenterna.<\/p><p>I m\u00e5nga \u00e5r betydde tankes\u00e4ttet &#8221;anst\u00e4ll f\u00f6r attityden&#8221; att man genomf\u00f6rde generiska psykometriska tester i bed\u00f6mningscenter p\u00e5 ad hoc-basis. Resan mot en ny metod p\u00e5b\u00f6rjades n\u00e4r ASDA h\u00e4vdade att kandidatens attityd var en s\u00e5 pass viktig faktor i urvalet att de inte skulle vara intresserade av kandidater som inte delade ASDAs v\u00e4rderingar.<\/p><p>D\u00e4rf\u00f6r antog ASDA utmaningen att ta reda p\u00e5 vad deras s\u00f6kande hade f\u00f6r v\u00e4rderingar b\u00e5de inom chefsroller och roller f\u00f6r nyutexaminerade till en l\u00e5g kostnad. THE MANAGEMENT APPLICATION PACK<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>Det f\u00f6rsta systemet inkluderade en f\u00f6rvalsprocess online, vilken filtrerade ut de\u00a0 kandidater som var mindre l\u00e4mpliga, innan den f\u00f6rsta granskningen av ans\u00f6kningarna gjordes.
