The referral fee is paid to a Clevry employee whose recommended candidate is employed in a position in our client company. Read the terms and conditions below.<\/p><h2>What do I do when I want to tip about an open job?<\/h2><p>See our open vacancies and choose the position you want to recommend a person to. Then fill in your own and the contact information of the recommended person in the form below.\u00a0<\/p><h2>When is the recommendation bonus paid?<\/h2><ul><li>The recommendation bonus is valid for all internal employees (excluding the management group).<\/li><li>The referee must know the recommended person; they have ensured beforehand the candidate\u2019s interest in the recommended position.<\/li><li>A recommendation bonus is paid for an internal employee working for Clevry at the moment of payment.<\/li><li>A recommendation bonus will be paid when the recommended person has been chosen for the job, and the employment contract is signed.<\/li><li>The referral fee is paid when the person is selected for the recommended position, and the employment contract is signed.<\/li><li>The referee is eligible for the recommendation bonus only for the position they have recommended.
