We at Clevry are looking for a German-speaking Service Desk Specialist for our client CGI. The position is full-time with a permanent contract, and you will be employed via Clevry. The start date for this position is as soon as the suitable candidate is found. Working hours are between 9-18. You can work at the office in Pitäjänmäki Helsinki or remotely from your home office.
As a Service Desk Specialist, your main tasks include a workstation support service in a technical workstation environment and business application support. In this role, you help customers with all IT-related support questions and service requests. Service transactions can relate to any solutions or applications used in the customer environment. The service also strongly includes cloud services, analytics, automation and predictability of services, so you can get acquainted with these current areas of expertise as well.

Providing technical support to the end-user service for all IT-related support issues and service requests
Receiving events and work requests by phone, service portal and chat service
Forwarding service requests to responsible production teams and third parties
Various access control tasks
Informing end users about the status of service requests
Maintenance of customer-specific instructions
Relevant educational background
Good IT skills (operating systems, hardware environments, software and mobile devices)
Excellent customer service skills
High ability to withstand pressure and organize
Fluent in German and English. Finnish is seeing as an advantage
