This report can be used to raise self-awareness within the group about likely strengths in sales situations,and areas in which a group could devote some time for self-development. It can also be a useful tool to help identify sales strengths during recruitment.<\/p>\n

The Group Team Strengths Report<\/a> can be used to understand the key strengths of the team as well as for development purposes.<\/p>\n

Group Team Strengths reports are a great tool to use on team development days to help explore areas of strengths in a team and for team members to understand how they can work together. You can also use it to see potential gaps in the team and how you can work together to fill these.<\/p>\n

It includes a visual summary of leadership strengths of the team and the group\u0092s average scores in each of the 4 aspects of leadership.<\/p>\n
