Their goal was to better identify top talent and equip line managers with practical, everyday tools to support effective hiring decisions. Sola sees that the results of the comparison report provide strong support for the final decision among the top candidates. &#8220;Based on the results, it&#8217;s easier to see which applicants would best suit a particular role and who would balance the team best&#8221;.<\/p><p>The interviewer report is an excellent tool, and the line managers at Maillefer feel that it has added a lot of value to the interviews. &#8220;It helps when you can ask individual interview questions based on the personality profile of each candidate. You get deeper insights when you have something more concrete to work on in the interview,&#8221; says Sola.<\/p><p>&#8220;Some line managers are more experienced than others, and the Interview report serves as a good guideline in the interview, she continues.<\/p><p>&#8220;The onboarding report offers support during the onboarding phase of new hires, and the personal feedback report is a valuable addition for all the candidates. I am happy to have feedback discussions with candidates, and we encourage our candidates to always get in touch if there is something they are wondering about in the assessment results. It is easy to discuss based on the feedback report if something has remained unclear and to get additional information about a certain area if necessary,&#8221; says Sola.<\/p><h2>\u00a0<\/h2><h2><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:1,&quot;335551620&quot;:1,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">Dreaming of completely objective and anonymous recruitment<\/span><\/h2><p>Some applicants are more nervous about interviews than others, which can lead to the person being unable to be at their best in the interview. &#8220;One of the important reasons for introducing psychometric tests was that we wanted to ensure impartial interviews for all candidates,&#8221; says Sola.<\/p><p>&#8220;My dream would be to eliminate all\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.clevry.com\/insights\/five-common-hiring-biases-and-how-to-avoid-them?hsLang=en\" rel=\"noopener\">unconscious biases<\/a>\u00a0from the recruitment process and achieve complete objectivity in recruitment,&#8221; Sola says. &#8220;This is, of course, a big challenge, and whenever people are involved in the process, it is prone to at least some kind of bias,&#8221; she adds.
