How does it work?

Our process always begins with understanding the customer's real needs and pain points so that we can offer you the best possible solution. The process begins together with the client by mapping your specific needs for the vacancy and after that we use our vast candidate pool and different channels to find the most suitable candidates for interviews.

We then present the top 1-3 soft skills matched candidates and schedule the interviews for the client with these candidates. The client makes the final decision and we'll support you along the way when needed. 

The recruitment process is the same as with direct hire but with staffing services we act as the employer and handle all the employment obligations such as payroll and sick leave.

Our Consultant Care team is dedicated  to support the employee in all matters relating to the employment relationship. Consultant Care is the contact between the client company and the employee.
